Dr. Avedschmidt is a forensic pathologist with medical licenses in California and Michigan. She has been practicing since 2018, with current board certifications in anatomic, clinical and forensic pathology.
Dr. Avedschmidt earned her medical degree (M.D.) degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, completed 4 years of anatomic and clinical pathology residency at the University of Michigan and a 1-year forensic pathology fellowship at the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office in Detroit, MI. She has performed over 2000 autopsies in her career.
